Time for the next round of the Carling Cup.
Stoke have been on fire on the Premiership lately. Here’s a opportunity for the guys outside the first team to claim their spot. Think they have a fair chance to succeed.

Portsmouth at the bottom of the league table with no home wins shouldn’t be the odds favorite here. But they are! Stoke pays 3.60 right now. Great value! £200.
SC Paderborn 07 v Arminia Bielefeld
Massive action today…. We have to look in the German second division to find anything at all.
In top of the table we find Bielefeld with six straight wins. They are visting Paderborn who have shown increasing strength. This could be Bielefeld’s first loss of points this season. They have three straight 1-0 wins that haven’t looked all that convincing.

Celtic v Hamburger SV
The home side is over rated and I think the Germans have a very good chance to win. It pays 2.30 and a more than decent odds for HSV who got a team that on a normal day is far superior Celtic.

Side-bet
Galatasaray v. Dinamo Bucharest is a very exciting match and the Turks are way to big favorites at the bookies. Few goals, draw or maybe 1-1 are all interesting options with good value. Good luck!
Chelsea to win
Well, yesterday was a real disappointment. On stoppage time, AZ equalized against Arsenal making the Greek win useless. Terrible game by Arsenal. They played second half as they had a 2-3 goals lead. They got punished for it and there’s no question they deserved it.
Well, another day. Full with options. I have no inspiration and will settle for a £50 chance bet.

League of Champions is here again
Gonna be a great night in front of the TV tonight, even though this rounds top matches are tomorrow. But still, we got Arsenal, Barcelona, Liverpool, Inter Milan all playing tonight, so there will be some great action.
So are there any good betting options?
In Group H this round will make it clear what team will follow Arsenal to the next round. I expect that team to be Olympiakos. The Greeks have five straight wins in the Greek Super League, with 7-0 in goals in the last three. They’re trailing leading Panathinaikos by nothing more than one less goal scored.
The Greeks are up against the Belgium champions Royal Standard de Liege. Standard have started their season ok and are in 4th place (last five:WDWWL).
Olympiakos are in great shape and I think playing at home will provide the edge they need. Standard will have troubles scoring against the Greeks great defense. 2-0 is a realistic outcome.
Olympiakos to win pays 1.80 by Betsson.com right now, which I consider to be a fairly good price.
The safe bet is Olympiakos to win, but beeing the Gunners fan I am I can’t help myself and I will bet a double. I just can’t see Arsenal not winning against AZ Alkmaar even with a few players on the injury list. The Dutch team have had a terrible start to their season and should not be in shape to threaten Arsenal’s three points.

Scoring draw in Fulham tonight
Fulham is strong at home and could beat visiting Hull maybe one to nothing. Hull however got a decent attacking game and are likely to score at least one. In the end, I expect us to see a draw.
